Thank you for shopping with SH Store. We currently provide shipping services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days within the UAE.
  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Business days are generally Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within a reasonable time after payment is successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation or tracking information, where available.

Please make sure that your delivery address, phone number, and other contact information are correct when placing your order. SH Store is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Some remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional delivery time.
